Florida Avenue Main Street, we partner to activate the commercial corridor that connects the neighborhood — supporting legacy businesses, new entrepreneurs, and cultural experiences that drive foot traffic without displacement.

From the Locals and Legends and Hope and History murals on Florida Avenue to pop-up galleries in the Pearlie Graham Block, we embed art where life happens. Our cultural activations center Eastside artists and historians, creating paid opportunities while visually archiving neighborhood memory.

As a Community Arts School in the National Guild for Community Arts Education tradition, the Historic Eastside Cultural Center provides access to arts learning that is inclusive, community-rooted, and responsive to the cultural heritage of OUTEAST.

Located at 920 A. Philip Randolph Blvd, the Center is a hub for lifelong creative learning — offering studio space, gallery space, recording space, and gathering space where creativity fuels personal and community development.

We have served 1,242 youth across 23 organizations countywide through programs at the Center — serving elementary, middle, high school, and young adults ages 18-24.
